We offer a free return shipment by DHL for customers from Germany if the goods are sent with our DHL return label! You will find instructions on how to create the label below. If you do not want to use our DHL return label however, we will not be covering return shipping costs by other carriers.

Returns from Germany

For returns within Germany we offer a free DHL return service to our logistics partner "Wir Packen´s".

To take advantage of this service, please follow the link below to create a DHL returns label and print it out directly. Customer reference is the order number (information not mandatory):

If you use this DHL label to return goods, we will pay the return shipping costs. You can simply drop off the package at the Post/DHL store. Please understand that return shipping costs of other providers cannot be covered by us. Furthermore, we do not cover any costs if you send the return without our label.

Please enclose the return slip with the return shipment, which is enclosed with every package.

Carefully keep the DHL delivery receipt until the receipt of the return package has been confirmed and you have received the credit note from us.

Outside of Germany, we are unfortunately not yet able to offer free return shipping. Please arrange your return shipment at your own expense and send to:

General information:

The returned goods must be in a similar condition as if they were tried in the fitting room of a retail store. Should they show wear and tear, or in case of deterioration of the goods due to further use beyond fitting purposes, we reserve the right to demand compensation. For more detail, please also read the cancellation policy.

Exchange of goods:

Your article does not fit, is too small or too large? Then simply note this on the return bill and include it in the return package. We will exchange the item after receiving your return, exchange it and send it to you again. An exchange for another product though is not possible. Should you desire a different product, we kindly ask you to place a new order.

Refund of the purchase price

A credit note will be issued as soon as possible after receipt of the return package (Monday to Friday once we checked the goods. Please be aware that this can take up to 30 days. The credit note will be sent to you by e-mail. The refund amount will be automatically posted back to you with the payment method you used initially. Bank transfers may take 2-3 days to book.
