In addition to the prices of the product itself, we charge the following shipping costs per order:
Shipping within Germany:
Up to a purchase value of 150,00€ we charge a flat rate of 6,95€.
For a purchase value starting at 150.00 € we deliver free of charge within Germany. *Please check our policy for partial returns.
Your order will be processed immediately after receipt. The dispatch takes place Monday to Friday (on working days), with order and payment receipt until 08.30 am on the same day, otherwise within 1 - 2 working days, unless otherwise indicated in the product description. Exceptions are pre-paid Orders: when pre-paid, the dispatch takes place after receipt of payment in our account.
With the dispatch of the goods, we will send you a shipping notification by e-mail. Should we not be able to deliver immediately or an article is not in stock, we will contact you immediately.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
* If you have a right of withdrawal regarding your order and if you should make use of this right after submitting your contractual statement regarding a part of your order, with the consequence that the threshold value mentioned by us would fall below the purchase price which you do not have to pay or which we must refund. We reserve the right to demand the proportionate shipping costs for the remaining part of your order. However, this only applies if we had already informed you about the amount of the shipping costs for the remaining part of the order before you submitted your contractual statement or if you were able to easily calculate the corresponding shipping costs based on our information before you submitted your contractual statement.
Furthermore, vouchers that are valid starting at a certain value of goods can no longer be deducted. These will then be directly deducted from the return amount.

The shipping costs to other EU countries are 14,95€ per delivery.
Shipping to Switzerland is 19,95€ per delivery.
